A little backstory...
After my dad's accident 5 years ago, when he became a quadriplegic, I had a really tough time putting myself first because I wanted to be there for my family. This led to a detriment in my mental and physical health and I struggled with social anxiety, depression, and severe IBS.
I had forgotten how to take care of myself and as a result I started to doubt every decision I was making. I felt stuck, and I became very angry at myself. I noticed patterns I wanted to change repeating themselves in my relationships and a strong limiting belief, "I'm not good enough," replayed itself very loudly inside my head.
